There are NO SURCHARGES imposed by DFECU for your transactions at any ATM owned by DFECU. In addition, there are NO SURCHARGES at any credit union owned ATM at which the Alliance One logo is displayed. A $1.25 service fee will be charged for withdrawals at all ATMs not owned by DFECU. You can avoid this ATM withdrawal fee if you meet one of the following criteria:

Belong to the “VIP Club” or, have a balance of at least $1,000 in any one of the following:
  • Share Savings account
  • Share Certificate
  • IRA Certificate
  • Market Index Certificate
  • Market Index IRA Certificate
  • Holiday club account
  • Vacation club account
  • Member’s choice account
  • IRA variable rate account
  • Money market plus account
You can use your DFECU ATM card at any NYCE, CIRRUS, or CO-OP Network ATM machine, or at any merchant displaying a NYCE logo.
